Piratas de la Guaira (SPB) tabbed experienced 37-year old Bosnian ex-international 204cm forward Milan Milosevic, agency: Interperformances. It is actually his comeback to La Guaira as he has played here before. Milosevic moved there from Shabab Al Ahli in UAE ULB league. In 9 games he averaged 9.8ppg, 6.4rpg, 1.2apg and 1.1spg last season. The last summer he played at Piratas in Venezuelan SPB where in 5 games he had very impressive stats: 23.6ppg, 9.4rpg and 3.4apg.
He also represented Bosnia at the Qualifications to European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) 2017 seven years ago. His stats at that event were 4 games: 7.5ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.5spg, FGP: 47.1%, 3PT: 27.3%, FT: 38.5%.
Milosevic is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in nine different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and Latin American leagues. Milosevic has played previously professionally in Cyprus (Keravnos), Greece (Aris, AEK Athens, Lavrio and Promitheas), Montenegro, Qatar (Al Khor), Serbia (Crvena Zvezda), Slovenia (Zlatorog), Turkey (Buyukcekmece), Bosnia (KK Bosna Meridianbet Sarajevo, OKK Sloboda Tuzla and KK HEO Aleksic Komerc Bileca) and North Macedonia (Rabotnicki). He won UAE League championship title in 2023.
Among many awards he received Eurobasket.com All-Greek A1 Co-Bosman Player of the Year award back in 2018.
