Frank Vogel opened up about why Anthony Davis was limited to just seven minutes in the road loss to the Portland Trail Blazers (90-105).
The head coach of the Lakers revealed Davis didn’t feel well prior to the game and was dealing with stomachache.
“Frank Vogel said Davis woke up with a stomach bug, and threw up four times before the game. Ultimately he played 7:09 in the first quarter before leaving for good,” Mike Trudell of Spectrum Sportsnet reports.
The Lakers host the Charlotte Hornets on Monday and coach Vogel will be waiting to see whether Davis will be available to play.
