RSW-Liege-Basket (Pro Basketball League) landed 32-year old American 206cm center Jamelle Hagins (college: Delaware). Hagins played this summer at Guaiqueries in Venezuelan SPB league. In 24 games just recently he averaged 8.3ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.3apg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. The last season he played at Mersin BBGSK in Turkish TBL where in 27 games he had 14.7ppg, 8.3rpg, 2.6apg, 1.1spg and 1.1bpg. It was a very successful season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TBL Honorable Mention.
Hagins has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014.
He is a very experienced player. Hagins has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to six different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Argentina (Quimsa), France, Greece (Aris), Italy (Venezia), Turkey (Gaziantep, OGM Orman and Afyon) and NBA G League (RGV Vipers).
Hagins was selected All-CAA Defensive Player of the Year back in 2013.
He graduated from University of Delaware in 2013 and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball.
