Omonia Nicosia (OPAP Basket League) added to their roster American forward Romelo Burrell (201cm-86kg) for season 2022-23. Burrell just graduated from Lindenwood (NCAA2). In 29 games he recorded very impressive stats: 16.5ppg, 8.5rpg, 1.3apg, 1.2spg and 1.6bpg last season.
He started his college career at John A. Logan College (JUCO). Then he moved to Central Michigan University (NCAA). Burrell’s high school career he had spent at Morgan Park Academy in Chicago, IL.
Of course it will be Burrell’s first season as a professional player.
