Cholet Basket celebrated victory in pre-season Tournoi de Blois. They stormed past the hosts 100-73 for the trophy. Cholet gained a 51-32 halftime lead. They controlled the pace in the second half and rallied to a well-deserved victory at the end. Dominic Artis (192-G-1993, college: UTEP, agency: Pensack Sports) paced the winners. Tyren Johnson (201-F-1988, college: La-Lafayette) notched 15 points for Blois, while Keandre Cook (196-G-1997, college: Missouri St.) had 14 points in the loss.
Paris Basketball earned the third position in Blois. They outgunned Gravelines 108-88 in the consolation final. Kyle Allman (190-PG-1997, college: CS Fullerton) finished with 25 points, while Gauthier Denis (198-SF-1997) added 18 points for the winners. Justin Robinson (170-PG-1995, college: Monmouth) answered with 24 points for Gravelines.
