Zadar upset Cibona in the opening game of the Finals. American swingman Justin Carter (193-1987, college: Creighton, agency: Alti Sport) fired 13 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. His fellow American import center Trevor Thompson (210-1994, college: Ohio St.) chipped in 15 points and 9 rebounds. International power forward Roko Prkacin (206-2002) produced 10 points and 8 rebounds and the former international center Danko Brankovic (215-2000, agency: BeoBasket) added 16 points respectively for lost side. Cibona’s coach Gasper Okorn rotated ten players in this game, but that didn’t help.
