Phoenix Suns coach Monty Williams said doesn’t have a timetable for Chris Paul’s return yet. However, Williams did say that Chris Paul is doing “more and more” in his recovery from a fractured thumb.
Williams added about his All-Star point guard, “I’d rather have him back sooner than later.”
During All-Star weekend, Paul said he would return as soon as he is able. Because his injury has been to his thumb, Paul has reportedly been able to keep up with his conditioning while out of action.
Paul last played on February 16. He was injured in that game against the Houston Rockets. The Suns have gone 9-4 during Paul’s absence, including their current four-game win streak.
