Phoenix Suns forward Torrey Craig has no structural damage in his knee after suffering an injury in the third quarter of Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
Phoenix beat the Milwaukee Bucks 118-108 on Thursday night.
The news of the injury update came via ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
An MRI on the right knee of Suns F Torrey Craig revealed no structural damage, source tells ESPN. Craig injured knee in Game 2 on Thursday. His status on a return is day to day.

Craig suffered the injury while taking a charge from Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo in the final seconds of the third quarter.
When he collided with Antetokounmpo, his right knee appeared to twist and buckle as he fell below the rim.
He remained on the ground, clearly in pain while reaching for the knee.
Craig was eventually helped off the floor and taken to the locker room and did not return.
Coach Monty Williams was asked about it during the fourth quarter coach’s interview.
“Torrey is a tough dude,” Suns coach Monty Williams said during the game on ESPN.
“If he lays down like that, he’s hurting pretty bad.”
It is unclear when Craig will return, and he is currently listed as day-to-day.
Torrey Craig, 30, averaged 7.2 points and 4.8 rebounds per game this season for the Suns after being traded from Milwaukee.
He had signed a one-year, $1.6 million deal with the Bucks last summer.
In the 2021 postseason, he’s averaged 4.3 points and 3,2 rebounds per game.
Despite managing to avoid the injury bug most of this postseason, the Phoenix Suns have dealt with a couple of injuries as of late.
It began with Chris Paul’s shoulder stinger in the first round against the Los Angeles Lakers, which he has since recovered from.
In Game 1, Suns forward Dario Saric tore his ACL and has been declared out for the rest of the series.
Craig’s injury is a sigh of relief to a team that has maintained good health this year.
Phoenix leads 2-0 going to Milwaukee, and Game 3 is set for Sunday night.
