While the Philadelphia 76ers remain interested but patient on a trade of Ben Simmons, their “foremost aim remains trying to convince [him] to come back and play for them this season,” sources tell Marc Stein of Substack.
The 76ers have been open to a Simmons trade since July, but have yet to find one to their liking.
Simmons cannot become a free agent until 2025, which has allowed the 76ers to not rush into a trade.
